August Program

Carol Mundy will teach her recently published Beadwork (Dec. 2012/Jan 2013-page 78 & 79) pattern "Ruffles".  This adorable technique will be quick to learn. 

Prior to the meeting Make an even count peyote band out of 8s or 11s and attach the fastener--a slide barrel clasp works best.  Don't worry, you don't have to complete the band to learn the technique.  Carol does suggest you complete two to three inches. The bracelet will work best if the band is at least an inch wide.  Carol will walk you through the technique to embellish the band (or however much of it you have finished) with the ruffles.
