Students will bezel and embellish a hand-painted glass cabochon onto colorful Ultrasuede. Students will also learn to line the purse pieces and edge-stitch purse and lining simultaneously to create a petite purse that can be used as an amulet bag or coin purse. The focus of this class will be alternative assembly and edging techniques that can be applied to larger bags and other projects. Purses can be further embellished with neck strap, fringe or other decoration as desired.

Additional Supplies students will need: Sharp scissors, beading mat or beading surface, personal task lamp.
Fireline is not supplied for this project. Thread will be provided in Kit. If you prefer to use Fireline (not recommended for edging), please bring 4 or 6 lb.
