Commemorative Bead Boards will be presented to Eligible Members at the Annual December Meeting & Potluck.

Eligible members, as announced at the September & October meetings, are members whose dues were current as of June 2025.  Please check the "Members Only Facebook Page" to find an eligible recipients list. Please send any concerns regarding eligibility to webmaster@kcbeadsociety.org

Holiday Gift Exchange/Pot Luck Dinner

At our December meeting, please join in our Annual Potluck and Gift Exchange. Members are asked to bring a covered dish to share with everyone and bring a bead project you have created if you wish to participate in the gift exchange.  This is always a lot of fun to share your work with members who will really appreciate what you have created.  You do not have to participate in the gift exchange.  

Dinner will be at 6:00 pm followed by the gift exchange.

The theme for the exchange is 

Cowboys and/or Indians.  

This means you can make your favorite kind of project to exchange with one of your fellow members.  The only rules are that there are some beads and that you bring something that you would like to receive.  It is a fun event and an opportunity to make some sweet little earrings, a fun bracelet or anything you like.

We will also have a members only garage sale.

 (The Bead Society is to receive 10% of sales)
